Who am I?

Hi! My name is Jeffrey. I am a juggler, a musician, a husband, a parent. I am a thousand things and I am no one at all. I am simply a person with a passion for excellence and efficiency. I hope to inspire people to achieve more and to do things they dream impossible. I discourage cynicism and remind everyone to have an open mind as well as an open heart.

I have no special qualifications or training, but I hope that my sharing my insights through this website can encourage you to explore new ideas and learn new things about yourself. I also want to demonstrate that a skeptical mind doesn't mean a negative person.

I live in beautiful Aurora, CO (directly east of Denver) with my beautiful wife Somer, my one year old baby girl, Milana Reese, and two kitties (Sasha and Monty).
